Emanate issue 4: Dancing Through the World

Emanate, the magazine of the Erasmus Mundus Students and Alumni Association, came out with its fourth issue last month. I am very pleased to say that three Filipino EM students were part of the issue as photographers in the photo competition. Andrei Martin Diamante (International Master in Industrial Management) contributed a lovely photograph of a flamenco dancer. A cropped version of the image made it to the cover. Anjeline J. de Dios (Applied Ethics) took a double-exposure of her friend against the backdrop of a fjord. In contrast to this carefree scene, Dashell C. Yancha’s photograph is a calm but haunting picture of leafless trees against serene waters and a dramatic sky. Dashell also wrote an article on dance and tragedy for the issue.

Let’s hope more Pinoy EM students contribute to Emanate. Anjeline and Dashell, we hope you also contribute your photos and articles here. We would love to hear from you!
